- work is performed in the seacoast NH & southern Maine region
- must be: punctual, teachable, professional, honest, & hard-working
- must not have any visible offensive tattoos
- non-smoker is a plus
- must have a clean criminal background check
- must submit to random drug screenings
- must demonstrate ability to safely and comfortably work from a ladder
- must have reliable transportation to work
